Returns
To submit a Warranty Claim or Service Request, complete the online form provided on our Warranty page.
Please include:
- Detailed description of the issue
- Photos of the product in use or installation
- Images of any shipping damage (if applicable)
Shipping costs for warranty returns are the customer’s responsibility. These will be refunded if the item is found faulty.

Warranty Conditions:
- Applies to original purchaser only
- Covers manufacturing defects and material faults
- Batteries must be used within specified guidelines
- Unauthorized modifications void warranty
- Damage from misuse, water, heat, or impact is excluded
- Proof of purchase is required
Australian Consumer Law:
Our warranty is in addition to your rights under Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a refund or replacement for major failures and compensation for any foreseeable loss. You may also have the goods repaired or replaced if they fail to meet acceptable quality standards
Warranty Claims Process
- Contact us via the service request form or email : Info@voltedgebatteries.com.au with details and proof of purchase.
- Our team will assess the issue and may request additional diagnostics.
- If approved, we will repair or replace the product at our discretion.
- Customers are responsible for shipping the item to our service centre unless it was damaged during delivery.
Please retain your receipt for processing returns and refunds.
⚠ Note: Battery installations in vehicles should be completed by a licensed auto electrician. Some modifications may be necessary depending on the make/model.
Warranty Exclusions
This warranty does not cover:
- Incorrect installation or usage
- Physical damage (drops, fire, impact)
- Water/chemical exposure beyond rated levels
- Overcharging or deep discharging
- Unauthorized repairs or modifications
